Have you had a chance to check out the Neiman Marcus collection at Target? They had several designers create various products to be sold at a “lower price point.” I thought the original prices were way too high for Target customers ($50 for 3 ornaments and $80 for a child’s dress??) and clearly majority of customers agreed with me because the items were marked down 50% right before Christmas and are now 70% off. Here are a few of my favorite items from the collection:
I always love Oscar de la Renta’s collections and I feel the same about this pet collection. Unfortunately the bowl is fairly little and the collar only comes in small or medium, which means both are far too small for my husky ladies.
This is actually a men’s sweater but I love the slouchy-grandpa-sweater look so I think this is just perfect. You could pair it with a white tee and skinny jeans or layer it over a fancy dress for a more casual look.
I was a little disappointed that Diane von Furstenberg did not do any clothing items but this jewelry box is still very cute and and now you can say you own something from her collection!
My absolute favorite item from the collection is no longer shown online and is said to be sold out in stores, luckily I scooped one up before they sold out and I’ll do a post on it soon. Hint: It has a bell 😉
FYI, all items must be returned by January 5th and according to a few Target employees, Target said the leftovers will be “destroyed” after the 5th so that none of the items will end up in Good Wills (where they usually donate). Target is known for trying to be eco-friendly so I think that they will end up sending the remaining product to Neiman Marcus’s outlet, “Last Call.” Just in case you may want to scurry over and take a peak before they disappear for good!
My mom went a little crazy when the collection went on sale but I got a suitcase out of it so I guess it’s okay. 🙂
Ooo she got you the black/white striped one? I love the cute little travel bags that came along with it!
