Serves: 18
Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
18 milk chocolate kisses
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Combine sugar, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla.
3. Make 18, 1 inch, balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake 10 minutes.
5. Once you remove cookies from oven, press chocolate kiss into center of each cookie and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes:
If dough is too sticky, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
You can substitute chocolate kisses for chocolate chips (like I did), or even use dairy-free chocolate chips (I like the “Enjoy Life” brand) if you want vegan friendly cookies.
