You may have seen these gorgeous blooms on my Instagram this week. They were my Valentine flowers from Jesse (awww.. but where’s the chocolate?)
Well the lilies only lasted a week but those pink carnations have been going strong. I trimmed them down and added them to (what else?) a mason jar for that rustic flare.
I swear carnations are the forgotten middle child of the flower world but I don’t see why! They are so stunning I didn’t even need a photo filter!
They are now brightening up my eclectic living room (and my day!)
I think every white marble coffee table needs a bouquet of pink flowers (can’t wait until peonies season!)
Of course Rosie and Ruby ran down to get in the photo as soon as they saw me taking pictures! Talk about 2 conceited ladies!
