This week I bought a couple ombre lamp bases at Target.
The bases are a yellowish green that fades into a turquoise and then into a navy blue, and the best part? It’s price tag.
Not too shabby right? Now the tricky part will be finding a lamp shade. P.S. I Made This featured this DIY ombre lamp shade tutorial that I would like to give a try but I’m not sure if I will be overdoing the ombre.. Do you think it could work since the ombre pattern would be horizontal on top and vertical on bottom?

What are your thoughts?
