This fun DIY gold bear vase is a quick project you can have done in about 10 minutes and would be perfect for a quick DIY with a kiddo too!
Can you guess where the vase came from? That’s right, it’s an old honey bar container!
Step 1: is pretty easy. Just take off the labels and clean up the bear so he’s not sticky anymore! To get the honey out, you can run hot water through him or place in microwave for about 20 seconds to melt the honey that’s left. Next wipe off the labels, use rubbing alcohol and a hair dryer as needed.
Step 2: Apply 2 coats of gold metallic spray paint (or whatever color you want) and let dry.
Step 3: Put some crazy flowers in and watch your Mr. Bear vase take on his own personality! I love big daisies to give him goofy hair!
